Traditional Italian Bruschetta bread, topped with garlic,

Hand made giant tortelloni filled with ricotta cheese, smoked salmon and lobster, served with tiger prawns and langoustine on a bed of rocket salad in a garlic, white wine, chilli and tomato sauce

Pan~fried fresh fillet of salmon, served in a light saffron and cream sauce

 

FILETTO ALLA PARMIGIANA

Grilled fillet steak served with a garlic, mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce,

topped with Parma Ham

Ravioli filled with spinach, mixed herbs and ricotta cheese, served in a courgette, sweet peppers, garlic and tomato sauce (v)
