It is traditional Italian because we do not compromise on the basic principles there is only one Italian cuisine and not a different interpretation for the British palate, if you want to eat Italian you must eat the Italian way. It is modern because traditional recipes are revisited, interpreted and modified according to the creativity of our kitchen team. But the essential building brick of our cuisine is the availability of high quality raw ingredients.
We strongly believe that there is no point in preparing a good dish with cheap ingredients: we are what we eat so a good health can only be based on good quality food Every dish is prepared from scratch from the basic products so if you want to enjoy put yourself in the right frame of mind, relax, and be prepared to wait.

Our Cellar
We have carefully selected the wines in our cellar to provide you with a wide range from all over Italy.
Our wines reflect the wide variations in climatic conditions of Italy, from the rigorous weather of the alpine regions of the north to the sun-baked shores of Sicily in the south.
In your exploration of Italian wines you will find fresh fruit types, which we suggest should be drunk young, complemented by a range of the highest quality red wines. For the most demanding palates we recommend our "Riserva Speciale della Nostra Cantina"; the special riserva from our cellar, a limited number of wines carefully chosen for their unique characteristics.
